Hi Again!

Hello fellow homeowners,

I was unable to attend the first Vail Racquet Club meeting about the proposed new bylaws due to an unexpected conflict. Like many of you, I find the scheduling of these meetings, especially during working hours, makes it difficult for full time residents, part time owners, and working families to participate consistently.

At an upcoming meeting, I plan to propose that the revised VRC bylaws include a provision for a homeowner communication platform. This would be a website or digital space officially managed by the Vail Racquet Club, but designed exclusively for owner to owner communication. The platform would be independent of Board or management oversight and would allow owners to share concerns, ask questions, and stay informed on community matters.

This idea stems from the Forum I’ve created, which has helped facilitate open dialogue and connection. However, it’s not sustainable or appropriate for this responsibility to fall on one individual. A Club supported platform could make homeowner communication more equitable and reliable.
